Garrrrrrrrrrh!
My eyes hurt from rolling them so much lately, I might need to get a new pair.
I'm just in a funk because I was runner up in the King Of The World competition. I really thought I had a shot at winning. Maybe next year I'll win the title.
I just need to be the first person in the world to do something, so I can write the instruction booklet and teach everyone on how to do whatever it is, and better!
I'm still waiting on my sister to invent the "button". What's taking her so long?
Thank goodness for Jeff and my boys. They are my happiness.
I love you, Jeff!
Fla Flee Fla Floo!!!!!!!!
Say Goodnight Mole.
For those who have taken a moment to look at me between my boobs and neck, you would have noticed Mole.
I have had Mole since birth. I've grown quite attached to it. It's actually my favorite body part. Mole has been with me through potty training, school, learning to drive and even was all dressed up on my wedding day. Every photo of me, it's of me and Mole.
However, Mole has grown a little and doesn't look so good. I've noticed a changed in color. has spots and he's ever been a little sore. I've made an appointment with my doctor to get my referral or reservations for Mole to take a little trip. But not to worry, he won't be alone, my annoying back of my neck mole whole I HATE because everytime I get a haircut, it gets pushed and shoved will be joining Mole.
It's just sad. The end of an era. I swore I would take Mole to the grave with me along with my tonsils. I've been with Mole for almost 30 years and now I'm tossing him aside like a bad head of lettuce. I just hope removing the little shit doesn't interfere with my birthday in July or vacation in August.
I wonder where my source or power will be now?
We're Back
Back at home, safe and sound.
Jeff and I were in North Carolina last week celebrating Mothers Day with Bud and Sharon. We had a really nice time relaxing, touring the mountains and seeing the sights. As an extra added bonus to the trip, Bud suprised us with a night at the Marriott in downtown Atlanta and tickets to the new Georgia Aquarium! It's a beautiful place and a wet dream for Jeff seeing a new non profit building. I also got a chance to tell off a bratty kid in the gift shop who was beating his friend with a stuffed penguin and kept bumping into me. They were on a school, field trip. Go figure. Stupid kids.
We didn't hit the interstate before stopping at the Flying Biscuit.
So this weekend has been catching up with laundry and making up for lost time with the boys. I spent this morning planting a ton of new plants (thanks Kandice for the hookup) in the front yard and working on the floer box. My arms are covered in scratches and ant bites. Sexy to look at on my first day back.
Now that our North Carolina trip is over, we can now start preparing for our next vacation to Rome! I can't wait. I'm a little freaked with the language difference though. Germany was no problem for us, you pick up what you need to know how to speak on the first day, also, the Germans are friendly. Let's hope the Italians like the Stanfords.
Well, gotta take a fist full of Benadryl.
Blehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Haven't you ever felt like that? I'm feeling it now. I'm not sick, just in a funk. This usually happens a week or so before we go out of town. Work has been a little busy, I have to go back to my doctor this week, gotta get the hair cut, car to the shop, Jeff's car for an oil change and tire rotation, dog to the vet and clean my house like a maniac and pack.
I know it doesn't help that I'm super wiper, It's just you need a vacation from the actual preparing for a vacation. Whatever, we'll be spending Mothers Day in North Carolina with the folks.
Another Car Update
I got my check! The car will ge fixed while we're in North Carolina.
