I am heartbroken over this. I have been following Tim Russert since I was a kid. He was someone I truly admired and even had a little crush on. I loved listening to his political commentary, soaking in his enthusiasm and spirit. His love for his family and especially his father just made me look up to him even more. He was a hero of mine.
Politics will never be the same. Mornings will never be the same. Today is such a sad day.
